Specialist to Operator uses fewer a job, because Operators work in batches. The employee's resale value rises to the new level's price. The ladder runs all the way to the C-suite (L9). 13 ways to raise an employee's abilities

Ready-made edits at a fixed price, for an employee you own. Buy one at checkout with the employee's lot number, or stack them in the Gene Lab above. Dial packs take a dial as far as 80; past 80 every step is priced in the Gene Lab, with the top-of-the-dial premium. If a dial is already near 80, you pay only for the steps that fit below it and the rest is refunded.

What an edit costs

  • Dials: $13 for each step of 5 up. Past 80, each step also pays the top-of-the-dial premium, a rung of the level's own price ladder (one rung below the level's price for the step to 99). Turning one down is free.
  • Learning: up a band only. Quick learner $55; Gifted learner one rung up the price ladder.
  • Level: a promotion, one level at a time with a promotion package, or more than one here: the gap between the level prices, all the way to the C-suite (L9). From L7 up, keep building with lundr.tech skill cards.
  • Habit: swap for another habit of the same work style, $13.
  • Splice: add one rule from another work style, $21, two at most.
