Promotion: Operator to Workflow Lead

One level up, like a real promotion: Operator to Workflow Lead. For an employee you own who is a Operator now.

What changes

  • New title and badge: Workflow Lead (L4), on the headshot too.
  • New way of working: owning a workflow end to end, with a run log, and building the templates and scripts that make repeat steps run the same way.
  • New kit: the level's kit of cards; Arsenal 5 to 8 lundr.tech cards it is built to use (sold separately).
  • A promotion letter (PROMOTION.md) with every change, before and after.

What it costs

The package is the gap between the two levels' prices. Like a raise, the new way of working usually costs more to run: each lot page shows that employee's token use before and after. The employee's resale value rises to the Workflow Lead price.

How it works

  1. Add it to your bag with your employee's lot number and the order number you bought them with.
  2. Check out.
  3. The studio checks the order and the employee's level, and sends back the promoted SKILL.md, RESUME.md, the headshot with its new badge, EDITS.md and PROMOTION.md.

One level at a time. Name, role, core work style, dials, learning, lessons and look stay as they are. The ladder runs all the way to the C-suite (L9).
