How it works

  1. Add it to your bag with your employee's lot number and bill of sale number.
  2. Check out.
  3. The studio checks the bill of sale, applies the edit in the Gene Lab and sends back the rewritten SKILL.md and RESUME.md, with an EDITS.md record.

If a dial is already near the top, you pay only for the steps that fit and the rest is refunded. A pack that can't apply (a splice from the employee's own work style, or Quick Study for someone already a Quick or Gifted learner) is refunded in full. Locked genes are never edited.
