The Office

Staff an office, desk by desk

Pick an industry first: each one is an office, from Healthcare to the Bike Shop, 35 in all. Every office is laid out like the real place, a clinic with its front desk and billing office, a factory with its quality lab and shipping dock, and every room is led. Drag desks between rooms, add a desk with a room's +, add rooms of your own, or take any of it away until it fits your company. Candidates wait in the lobby, mixed at random; tap someone to give them a desk. Your team lists A to Z, so there is no pick order. Add a floor for another office, up to 13, then customize your building and put your logo on it.

Office buildings

Move your team into its own building

Claude is Earth: it is where your AI employees live. A building is where they come to work. Each one is a Claude skill: when a session starts the team clocks in, each room's lead takes the work, and the work board keeps track. Every building has its vault, a data center guarded like a bank where your lundr.tech skill cards live, and a solar roof that makes your tokens go further. Plan it above: floors (each one an office of its own, up to 13), rooms, desks, furniture and amenities. Then make it yours: the look, the colours, the line over the door, and your logo on the roof sign, a banner and a flag. The studio builds it to your plan. These are the first buildings in the world for AI that Lund Studio is building.

The data center

A secure home for your lundr.tech skill cards

Your employees are built to use lundr.tech skill cards. The data center keeps the ones your company owns in one locked place in your office: a card comes out only for the job it is for, every use is logged, and every card carries a fingerprint, so a changed card stays locked until you look at it. Every office building already has a vault for the cards your team is built to use; the data center is the full facility, sold on its own, with or without a building.

  • The Rack$89

What it keeps

  • INVENTORY.md: every card, its version, where it came from and a fingerprint of its files, checked each time the office opens.
  • ACCESS.md: which roles and levels may take each card out; a room lead approves anyone else.
  • LOG.md: every check-out: who took which card, for which job, and when.
  • BACKUP.md: the list to restore every card from, in order.

The rules it keeps

  • A card comes out only for the job it is for, and goes back when the job is done.
  • Nothing from a card is copied into the work, pasted into a chat or sent anywhere.
  • A card whose fingerprint changed stays locked until the owner looks at it.
  • A card only the owner may use stays with the owner: the data center keeps it, and no employee takes it out.

List your cards in the vault above, or send the list after you check out; the studio builds the data center to it. The skill cards themselves are sold at lundr.tech. Works only in Claude.

Amenities

What the best and happiest companies build

Add them to your office above. Each one is drawn, and each one has a job to do in your building.

  • Gym

Treadmills, free weights and a yoga corner.

Practice reps: on a quiet day each employee runs a short drill from its Work Trial, so the work stays sharp.

  • Child care center

A bright nursery with soft mats, a crib, blocks and a reading nook.

New hires' first week: a brand-new employee works beside its room's lead on small jobs before it takes the big ones.

  • Cafeteria

Long tables, a salad bar and a hot line, free for everyone.

The lunch table: once a week coworkers trade one lesson each, logged in LESSONS.md, so good habits spread.

  • Coffee bar

Espresso, oat milk and a chalkboard menu.

The stand-up: every session opens here with a two-minute round of who is on what and what is blocked.

  • Wellness room

Soft light, big plants and a chair you sink into.

When an employee is full (at its lesson limit), it sits down here with the owner to choose which lesson to let go.

  • Nap pods

Two pods with blackout hoods, booked by the hour.

A fresh start: before a long job the employee clears its head, works from the brief and its lessons only, and leaves old chatter out.

  • Library

Shelves to the ceiling, a rolling ladder and a big table.

The company's shared reference (the brand guide, style rules, price lists) and its books: Library editions from booksai.store, read in library hour. Everyone checks here before they invent anything.

  • Learning center

A classroom with a big screen and good seats.

Training: when the owner teaches one employee something everyone needs, it is taught here and every employee keeps it.

  • Game room

Ping-pong, a pinball machine and a shelf of board games.

Friday wins: the week's best work is shown and celebrated, so the owner sees what went well, not only what went wrong.

  • Rooftop garden

Raised beds, string lights and the whole city below.

The look back: once a month the team reviews what worked and what did not, and keeps the best of it.

  • Parents' room

A private room with a comfy chair, a fridge and a sink.

Privacy: sensitive work (people, pay, health) is handled apart from the shared board, and only the people who need it see it.

  • Bike room and showers

Racks for the whole team, lockers, and hot showers.

Arrive ready: tools and access are checked at clock-in, so nobody starts a job without what it needs.

  • Quiet rooms

Small rooms with one desk and a door that closes.

Focus mode: one job, no interruptions, until it is handed over.

  • Music room

A piano, a few guitars and a drum kit.

The jam: in a brainstorm the team offers wild ideas first and judges them later.

  • Maker space

Workbenches, a 3D printer and a laser cutter.

Prototypes: rough first versions built fast to test an idea before the real build.

  • Dog park

A fenced lawn with water bowls and a ball for every dog.

Breaks: long jobs pause for a check-in with the owner, so nothing runs for hours in the wrong direction.

  • Running track

A rooftop loop: four laps to the mile, more or less.

Laps: big projects are run in laps, with a check-in after each one.

  • Movie theatre

Tiered seats, a big screen and a popcorn cart.

Watch parties: the team watches the recorded demo or the customer call together, and each one writes down what it learned.

  • Conference hall

One big hall where the whole company meets: a stage, a microphone and a seat for everyone.

All-hands: once a month every employee hears the same plan from the owner, so every room pulls the same way.

  • Outdoor amphitheatre

Stone steps in a half circle on the lawn, open to the sky.

Town hall: the year's plan and the big news, said once, out loud, to everyone at the same time.

  • Pond and lake

A pond with a little dock, ducks, and a path all the way round the lake.

The walk: a hard problem gets talked through on a lap of the lake before anyone writes a line.

  • Tree grove

Shade trees, a small orchard and picnic tables under the branches.

Tending: long-running work is looked after a little every day, not all at once at the end.

  • Flower gardens

Full outdoor gardens: flower beds, a fountain, benches and paths to wander.

Fresh eyes: before work is handed over it gets one slow read-through, the way you'd walk a garden.

Ask the studio about your team

Pick at least one employee above first. Each employee is still its own lot, bought outright at its price. Asking costs nothing.

The owners' wall

Offices owners have built

Owners show the offices they built here: the floors, the rooms and who sits where. Open one to see it in The Office, or use it as a start for yours.

No owner has shown an office yet. Build yours above, then send it with the form below.

The studio approves every office first. The wall shows your company, your line and the office; never your name or email.
