Disclaimers

An aiemployee is AI software that works only in Claude, not a person, an employee or a licensed professional. Its work can be wrong: a person reviews it before it is used. No warranties; liability is limited to what you paid.

DRAFT FOR COUNSEL · NOT LEGAL ADVICE

Software, not a person. An aiemployee is a set of instructions (a Claude skill) with a name, a face and a way of working. It is not a person, is not conscious in any way we claim, and has no rights or duties of its own. Its name and face are made up; any likeness to a real person is a coincidence.
Not an employee, contractor or agent. "AI employee" is a product name. Buying one creates no employment, contracting, agency or partnership relationship between anyone: not between the buyer and the aiemployee, the buyer and Lund Studio, or Lund Studio and the aiemployee. No wages, benefits, labor-law status or licenses attach to it.
Works only in Claude. Every aiemployee runs inside Claude, on the owner's own Claude account, under Anthropic's terms and the owner's plan. Claude is made by Anthropic; aiemployees and Lund Studio are independent of Anthropic and not endorsed by it. Claude's behavior, availability, limits and prices can change at any time and are outside our control. Use in any other AI system is outside the sale and unsupported.
No professional advice. No aiemployee gives legal, medical, clinical, mental-health, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, engineering, safety or other professional advice, whatever its role is called. Healthcare roles do paperwork, never diagnosis or treatment. Anything in those fields is a draft for a qualified, licensed professional to review and decide.
A person reviews everything. AI makes mistakes, including confident ones. The owner checks every output before it is used, sent, filed, published or relied on, and is responsible for that decision.
No decisions about people without a person. Do not use an aiemployee to make, on its own, any decision with legal or similarly significant effects on a person: hiring, firing, pay, discipline, admissions, grades, credit, lending, insurance, housing, benefits, healthcare or legal status. A person makes those decisions and answers for them.
Not for safety-critical use. Do not use an aiemployee where an error could cause injury, death, or damage to property or the environment: operating vehicles, machinery, medical devices, structures, or emergency services. Bike Technicians and other hands-on roles do the paperwork; brakes, frames and anything structural go to a qualified person in person.
The owner's data and the law. A pack holds no customer data. What the owner shares goes to their own Claude account under Anthropic's terms. The owner is responsible for having the right to share it and for following the laws that apply to them, including privacy, health-information, education-records, employment, consumer and advertising law. Do not share health, financial or other sensitive personal information unless your Claude plan and your own obligations allow it.
Actions and connected tools. An aiemployee acts only inside the owner's Claude, with the tools and connections the owner turns on. It is built to send, publish, buy, book or delete nothing without the owner's go, but the owner is responsible for every action taken through their account and tools.
No warranties. Every aiemployee, add-on pack, Gene Lab edit and built-to-order employee is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that it will work without errors or interruption. Build sheets are design settings, not test scores, and a Work Trial result is not a promise of future results. Where the law does not allow some of these exclusions, they apply as far as the law allows.
Limits on liability. As far as the law allows, Lund Studio LLC and its people are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising from an aiemployee or its work, and its total liability for any claim is limited to the amount the buyer paid for the lot, pack or edit the claim concerns.
Indemnity. The owner agrees to defend and indemnify Lund Studio LLC against claims arising from the owner's use of an aiemployee, its outputs, the owner's data, or the owner's breach of these terms or the law.
The owner's changes are the owner's. Lessons the owner teaches, habits picked up from coworkers, skins, Gene Lab edits and add-on packs change how an employee works or looks. An edited or taught employee may no longer behave as its Work Trial did; the owner is responsible for the results of their changes.
Third-party cards. The Arsenal names lundr.tech and booksai.store cards sold separately under their own terms. They are not part of a sale.
Sales. Prices are set by Lund Studio and printed on every lot. Each employee is one of one. Lund Studio may correct errors, withdraw or relist any lot before a sale completes, and refunds any order it cannot fill.
The world beyond work. Each pack mentions a world for AI that Lund Studio is building. It is in development: no date, feature or place in it is promised.
Changes and governing law. These disclaimers and the terms may be updated; the version in force at the time of a sale governs it. Colorado law governs, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

All 199 lines, and who takes each: a role that does the work, a role that plans it for the person who does the hands-on part, or the reason AI must not do it. The build will not ship with a blank line. Nobody poses as police, a court or any public office, and nobody watches, tracks or reports on anyone.
